Role Responsibilities
Chairman
Presides over all meetings, ensures adherence to the agenda, maintains order, and provides overall leadership to the group.
Vice Chairman
Assists the Chairman in all duties and assumes leadership responsibilities in the Chairman's absence.
Secretary
Responsible for recording accurate minutes, managing correspondence, and maintaining all official records of the group.
Assistant Secretary
Supports the Secretary with administrative tasks and performs secretarial duties when the Secretary is unavailable.
Financial Secretary
Maintains detailed financial records, prepares financial reports, and oversees the group's financial transactions.
Treasurer
Manages the group's funds, handles deposits and withdrawals, and ensures the safekeeping of all financial assets.
Chief Provost
Maintains order and decorum during meetings, ensuring a respectful and productive environment for all members.
